1. The namespace forum is read open for everyone and gives write permissions to all registered users.
2. Content that doesn't match the general topic will be deleted by admins.
3. Because this forum is managed by wiki software there are no threads. You can create a new topic by starting a new chapter with H2 heading. If the topic contains a lot of elements and content, it could be covered by a separate page.
