In Showtiming the Over/Under clock will not be updated if the story currently playing is floated or a floated story is played.
Create a queue with three stories each one minute long. Give the second and third story a hard out time. Start Showtiming and play the first story. Float the first story. If any of the hard out times of the second and third story are changed these changes will not be reflected in the Over/Under clock.

to indicate that Over/Under is not calculated for playing floated stories.
